Dawson's Creek: Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)

Pacey returns from holiday to find Civilization empty and under new management. Brecher has moved on and the new manager, Alex, is on the warpath. She sacks half the employees, including Audrey, and makes a play for Pacey. Meanwhile, Charlie's band is off on tour and Charlie asks Joey to go with him. Dawson and Oliver meet the Hollywood agent they previously cancelled on, but Oliver says all the wrong things, leading Dawson to think that their partnership may not be a good idea after all.
