When three Lone Gunmen are sent to Las Vegas to infiltrate the defense contractors' convention's inner sphere they meet Susanne Modeski. The gunmen's mission fails, and they trick Scully into believing that Mulder has requested her to come to Las Vegas so turn to Jimmy the Geek for help whom is later let down by a friend resulting in a tragic event. On Scully's arrival she is transformed by the gas herself but will she be able to get an antidote on time and will Modeski be able to return to her old life or will her new one be cut short.
