Presented by the much loved, former Byker Grove boys, "Ant" (Ant McPartlin) and "Dec" (Declan Donnelly) with the assistance of the very witty and pretty Cat Deeley. This show is a brilliant and refreshing start to a Saturday morning and has your sides splitting from the start.

Not only have you got the show itself, but you can also see Pokemon, Digimon, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and Clueless the TV series during the morning's line-up of entertainment.

The show also features live Music from chart topping bands like Boyzone and A1, and has interviews with stars from the latest movies, television shows and from the music world.

Competitions like "Wonkey Donkey", where you can phone in to guess the poetic challenge that has been set by the crazy trio. "Splat" where you have to direct a blind-folded guest star to pop balloons full of gunge for more prizes. You can also phone in to apply to "Challenge Ant" and the chance to win dozens of the latest Computer Games and the console if you're brave enough to test Ant's intelligence and try and outsmart him. Their very own soap, called "Chums", (based on the popular American sitcom, Friends) incorporates the daily guest stars into the storyline each work and often very funny consequences entail.
