Blue Peter comes direct from Baltic Square in Newcastle to kick off CBBC Live in NewcastleGateshead. CBBC are live from the North East for three action-packed days of events and broadcasts, and celebrations begin with the launch of this year's Blue Peter sport badge. After overwhelming success last year, the sport badge is back, and to help the launch, British gymnastic champion, Louis Smith and Paralympic gold medallist, Hannah Cockroft, are live with the team on stage. Plus find out who has what it takes to make it as a knight, as Lindsey, Radzi and Barney try their hands as medieval squires.
