Blue Peter: So You Wannabe a Pop Star?

In this special edition of Blue Peter filmed at Radio One's Live Lounge, Helen and Barney talk to top pop stars - including Tulisa, Tinchy Stryder and Carly Rae Jepson - to lift the lid on how the music industry works. With shows like X Factor giving children the impression that it's easy to become an overnight success, the Blue Peter team reveal that in fact a mix of hard work, raw talent and a bit of luck is the most likely way to get a hit single. They also meet Ed Sheeran's producer and co-writer, and follow budding pop star AME on tour with JLS, to show the enormous amount of effort and creativity that goes into becoming a pop star.
