The Outer Limits: Better Luck Next Time

When homicide detective Terry Russo is called in on a double murder it appears to be an open and shut case. However on interviewing a possible witness, Gerard who was seen running from the scene, she learns that this case may be linked to some of the most famous murders of our time, that have occurred over hundreds of years. Who is this Gerard and is he telling the truth. As Russo struggles to discover what the truth really is, she comes to the conclusion there is only one way to end this reign of terror.
