The Outer Limits: Summit

An intergalactic peace summit is being held between the two feuding worlds of Earth and Dregocia. We learn that the Dregocians are a genetically engineered 'human' race that mine ore on Dregocia for Earth's selfish needs. Now, however, the Dregocians want their freedom and autonomy from Earth and will do anything to get what they want. However the peaceful delegation turns rampant when a shuttle carrying a set of delegates crashes and the other race is held responsible. Will Doomsday happen or will Earth's senior diplomatic representative be able to save the day? Will the obstacles put in her way prevent this from happening, and will the representatives be willing to pay the ultimate price required to save the planets from destruction?
