Radio 3 in Concert: Beatrice Rana Plays Mozart

Fiona Talkington introduces a concert in which Italian pianist Beatrice Rana joins the Danish National Symphony Orchestra to perform Mozart's Jeunehomme concerto. The former Radio 3 New Generation Artist has won admirers across the globe for her glittering technique and insightful performances. Invited at short notice for this lockdown concert, she was delighted to play this concerto, which, with its wistful slow movement, she describes as music from a different realm, touched by genius.
