As Carrie's dalliance with Aidan deepens, she cannot fathom why he continues to find excuses not to sleep with her. Confronting him, he reveals that he likes her too much to jeopardise their relationship and so is holding off on further intimacy for now. Horrified by her own lack of romance, Carrie determines to follow Aidan's lead for fear that she is becoming a little too quick to bed.
