Months after both their big break ups Miranda and Carrie are horrified when they run into their exs, Steve and Adien who have since become good friends. Both boys also happen to be on dates. Later the girls get into a fight and Carrie accuses Miranda of throwing Steve away. That night while visiting their favorite eating establishment Miranda runs into Steve and the two have a talk about learning to move on.
