ER: The Crossing

A serious train accident scrambles the ER as Kovac, Carter and Corday are overwhelmed by the carnage. As they work to save an impaled mother, her son and a trapped firefighter, the pregnant Corday starts having painful contractions. Benton tries to revive a victim with a shredded aorta, and helps Carter with a tricky amputation over the phone
