ER: A Miracle Happens Here

Christmas brings snow and goodwill to all men at the ER. A jewish (ex-concentration camp) lady, who has been involved in a serious carjacking, asks where her baby granddaughter is who was in the car with her but not found at the scene however eventually, the lady's faith is restored when her granddaughter is brought in. Carol tries desperately to get everyone into the christmas spirit by singing a comical version of 'The 12 Days of Christmas' and Shep tells her that he loves her at the Christmas party. Carter impresses everyone with his bedside manner. Mark visits the hospital solicitor over the O'Brien case where he hears some unacceptable news and meanwhile a priest's death looks as though it might start a Latino gang-war.
