In this new episode, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Bristol and the stunning countryside of the Cotswolds, helping two sets of first-time buyers. Kirstie's with Lucy and Joe, who have their hearts set on a chocolate box Cotswolds cottage. Lucy wants a home to start a family, but Joe wants a project and has already discounted hundreds of properties online. Meanwhile, Phil's search is equally as tricky in Bristol, where country boy Paul and city girl Elly want a pad with outside space in close proximity to the station.
