Kirstie and Phil are armed with a whopping £550k budget, but simply have to make the A-grade. So with schools driving their search, the dynamic duo are determined to make them see the reality of what the future holds. Schools have really changed the way we buy houses: in today's market you could pay as much as £50k more for a house in a catchment area for a top school! Ouch! Kirstie and Phil certainly put this pair to the test in this search, and just when Sarah is blown off her feet, Charles gets the jitters!
