Location, Location, Location: Nottingham

Kirstie and Phil conspire to find a house for Antoinette, who is returning to her home town of Nottingham. She has been squeezed out of the London property market, but she has high expectations for a Nottingham home on a budget of £90,000. The houses looked at are varied, comprising a low-ceilinged home swathed in clashing 1960s décor, a generously named 'renovating challenge', and a huge house with everything Antoinette wants that is ten grand over budget and needs some work.
