Location, Location, Location: Macclesfield

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer try to find the perfect home in Macclesfield for newlyweds Andy and Emily, who are looking for their first family home. After some indecision, Kirstie and Phil help them identify their requirements and they set their hearts on a spacious Victorian terrace. Things take a nasty turn when the vendor admits that he has accepted a lower offer but is willing to keep his options open.
