Soaring prices had left all these house hunters behind and none of them was in a position to purchase the homes they wanted where they wanted them. In Leeds, best friends and property virgins Richard and Jonathan were desperate to make a move into home owning but neither could afford to go it alone, so they decided to test their friendship and make the leap together.
