Woolly is sent to stay with Norman who is ill whilst Mike mends her field's gate. Unfortunately Norman and Woolly go out resulting in Trevor's bus swerving off the road. / A heatwave hits Pontypandy and the fire crew are relaxing and trying to keep cool. Chief Fire Officer Boyce has other ideas as he puts his rigorous fitness routine into action. / Sarah is excited to shadow Sergeant Rose Ravani... until she's stuck filing maps. But when Gareth gets lost, Sarah learns how important sergeants are. / Bronwyn takes Sarah and Nipper the dog out on a walk along the cliffs to tire out Nipper but trouble strikes when Sarah falls on a rock and hurts her leg. / During a community litter pick, the children chase after a seagull who's stolen Lily's toy, and end up in need of a helicopter rescue on the islands!
