Fireman Sam: Shape Up and Shine / Sheep on the Road

A heatwave hits Pontypandy and the fire crew are relaxing and trying to keep cool. Chief Fire Officer Boyce has other ideas as he puts his rigorous fitness routine into action. / Woolly is sent to stay with Norman who is ill whilst Mike mends her field's gate. Unfortunately Norman and Woolly go out resulting in Trevor's bus swerving off the road.
