After exploring a sea cave by kayak, Jodie and Hannah realize the boat they arrived on has been pulled out to sea in a riptide. They're stranded! / Sarah takes a shortcut to finish her chores at the Vet Country Practice so she can go play with Kilo and Shadow, which puts the stables in danger! / During a community litter pick, the children chase after a seagull who's stolen Lily's toy, and end up in need of a helicopter rescue on the islands! / Mandy wants to be the fastest delivery person ever! But when her brakes fall off, it's up to Fireman Sam to rescue her before she gets to the cliffs! / When the PA system blows out and sparks a fire at the Pontypandy Fun Run, it's all hands-on deck to stop the spreading flames!
