The residents of Pontypandy have gathered in Pontypandy Park for the annual town festival. The fire fighters are well represented with Sam giving the kids rides on Jupiter./Station Officer Steele decides to direct his own musical & casts Norman as the lead. Norman's love for the spotlight gets out of control, lighting up the stage in the wrong way! /Norman is making a movie about a young wizard called Wally Wizzo, but while filming he finds himself in need of rescuing more that once! /The prince comes to Pontypandy, and everyone is making a fuss over him, but he returns the favour and helps Fireman Sam and the team out./Norman & Hannah set themselves up as The Why Files - investigators of the mysterious mysteries of Pontypandy & one of their first cases involves strange goings on near the cliffs.
