Lesser Spotted Ulster: Lough Melvin

Joe Mahon explores the beautiful, but often overlooked, nooks and crannies of the Northern Ireland countryside, and exchanges banter with local folk. Today, he visits the scenic shores of Lough Melvin, which straddles the borders of Fermanagh, Donegal and Leitrim, and is home to the Sonaghan and Gillaroo trout, There, he meets a colony of artisans and picks up a few tips on stainglass window-making and helps to build his own monument.
