Lesser Spotted Ulster: Castlecaulfield

Joe Mahon returns with another quirky travel series in which he explores the beautiful - but often overlooked - nooks and crannies of the Ulster countryside, and exchanges banter with the local citizenry. This week finds Joe in Castlecaulfield in County Tyrone where he spends some time around the house and grounds of Parkanaur. He does a spot of gardening with the local horticultural society, has a look at some very rare white fallow deer and learns all about the history of the house, from its beginnings right up its current function as Parkanaur College.
