Louis goes off-grid as he spends time in the company of the adventurer and television presenter Bear Grylls, travelling with him to his private island off the coast of Wales where he is staying for the summer with his wife, Shara. Louis later accompanies Bear on trips to a scout troop in south London and a Marine reserve training camp, before the pair head to Devon where Bear is guest of honour at his own family adventure festival.
