Britain's opposition Labour party should be in buoyant mood. The ruling Conservatives are in a Brexit meltdown, currently looking for a new leader and languishing in the polls. But far from taking advantage Labour is also haemorrhaging support; accused of incoherence on Brexit and a failure to confront a corrosive internal strain of anti-Semitism.
