Winner of the last three editions, Spanish Rafael Nadal will aim at winning a fourth consecutive title in Paris. He would get closer to Björn Borg, winner of five Roland Garros (1975 and 1978 to 1981). Nadal has been the best clay player for the last three years and compiled an Open Era record 81-match clay court winning streak (unbeaten from April 2005 to May 2007).
