The third season of the US comedy about a politician and the man she employs to look after her nephew and niece when they are suddenly left in her care comes to E4. Now that Lennox and Ryder are getting old enough to look after themselves, Joe no longer feels needed as a nanny and starts looking for another job. But Mel doesn't want to let him go and does her best to convince him of his importance to her and the family. Lennox and her boyfriend Zander are at odds over Zander's artwork, while Ryder gets into trouble on a school camping trip
