Battery Sergeant Major Williams shouts 'Shuuuuut Uuuup!' once more in Jimmy Perry's other brilliant wartime sitcom, this time set rather far from the English coast. In an effort to get rid of the sergeant major, the Concert Party persuade him to apply for a commission. Now, why ever would they want rid of that nice chap?
