The Fonz has some pigeons in his apartment so Ralph and Potsie bring some wiring to build a coop on the roof. Little do they know that when a blizzard hits the town a while later, the weight of the bird house will make the roof cave in. Howard and Fonzie argue over who should pay for the damage and it winds up in court.
