Billy is caught being drunk on duty in the kneebreakers and summoned to attend a disciplinary hearing of senior officers chaired by an assistant chief constable. It's an open-and-shut case and it looks even worse for Billy when Uncle Andy turns up dressed in a fancy-dress wig and gown and announces that he is Billy's lawyer.
