The government must be seen to be doing something radical about reforming their Lordships, so Number 10 press secretary Colin Priestly asks Charles to concoct a headline-grabbing strategy. Meanwhile, Martin is asked to sex up the House of Lords in a cunning counter-campaign which results in a Big Brother-style revamp of Parliamentary TV coverage called The House.
