2point4 Children (1991)

The Porters; Bill played by Belinda Lang , Ben played by Gary Olsen and their two children Jenny played by both Claire Woodgate & Claire Buckfield (depending on the series you watch) and David played by John Pickard, form the main characters along with an unmarried man-loving family friend Rona played by Julia Hills, who lives over the road.

Ben runs his own plumbing business, with help from of his assistant Christine (Benson/15433/'>Kim Benson). Bill is in the catering business working for a bakery, an airline catering company, and later after redundancy decides to start her own catering business with her friend Rona.
