The Sky at Night: Battle of the Giants

Patrick Moore examines the moons orbiting the two gas giants of our solar system, Jupiter and Saturn. Europa, Jupiter's moon, offers the best chance yet of finding life elsewhere in the solar system whilst Saturn's moon Titan, with its organic chemical lakes and shoreline like Cornwall, is now believed to be like the primeval Earth. With NASA and the European Space Agency planning a return mission to either Jupiter or Saturn, Moore referees between two astronomers as they stake a claim for each.
