A recreation of the world of the ancient Greek Olympics in 500BC using computer graphics, dramatic reconstruction and forensic science. In the Italian city of Taranto lies the skeleton of an ancient Greek champion and the film brings him back to life to compete in the discus, javelin, long-jump, wrestling, and sprint, while also showing modern athletes trying out replicas of ancient sports equipment.
