Horizon: The Great Robot Race

Twenty robot cars - with no drivers and no remote controls - set off on a race across the Nevada desert. The first one to complete the 130-mile course would win a $2million prize. Horizon follows the teams through the successes and (mostly) failures as they develop their vehicles. It's a story of set-backs and crashes, but if any of the teams manage to complete the course, they will have solved many of the most difficult problems in robotics.
