Documentary about a scientific expedition which has been launched to document the Madagascan rainforests' extraordinary diversity and to identify new species before they are lost forever. The scientists' mission is to reach the inaccessible forest canopy, which houses some of the rarest plants and animals on earth, and try to unlock the biochemical resources of the rainforest. If they can, it could be the key to its future survival for generations to come.
