The Flash: Flash v Arrow

In the first of two crossover episodes between The Flash and Arrow, Barry comes up against a meddlesome metahuman named Ray G Bivolo, who possesses the power to manipulate people's emotions. It's clear he can't face the villain on his own, so he gets help from Starling City's hero. But things don't get off to a good start when Oliver tells the speedster that he still has a lot to learn - and the friends become foes when Bivolo intervenes, sending an annoyed Flash on a rage-fuelled rampage
