The Flash: Plastique

The army rolls into town after a bomb goes off, arousing the suspicions of Barry and his scientist buddies, who discover that the general has been conducting dodgy experiments to turn his soldiers into super-troopers. One of his subjects, Bette Sans Souci, was at the bombsite - and when the Flash tracks her down, he realises he has to tread carefully, as she has developed the ability to blow things up just by touching them. Meanwhile, Iris's interest in `the Red Streak" grows as she receives a special visit
