Heart and Soul

Colm Flynn hears the story of Megan Garcia, whose son died at the age of 14. After his death, the grieving mother discovered her son had formed a deep bond with an AI chatbot. She believes that relationship played a part in his death and is pursuing legal action again the company behind the technology. But as Flynn discovers, this is not only a story about technology, but one of faith, as the tragedy caused Megan's belief to intensify, as she turned to prayer and devotion, finding comfort in the Virgin Mary, and eventually travelling to Rome to meet the Pope.
