Heart and Soul

Megan Lawton travels to Ontario to join a community of Sikh truckers and learn how they practice their faith, build family and keep to their vegetarian diet on the road. She stops at a local Gurdwara where drivers reconnect with community and come together to instil the values of their faith in their children.
