The competition kicks off at St Hilary Guest House in Llandudno, north Wales, where owner Tricia Watson and her daughter Jess hope that their classic seaside destination will impress. Guests Darren and Alex take a shine to their sink, but Debbie and Paul aren't pleased with the plumbing.
