The fourth visit is to Geoff Jones and Joan McGowan's Compton Swan in Newbury, Berkshire. Expectations are high after Joan revealed she was named Ireland's Businesswoman of the Year on the last visit, but Tim, who's still smarting from his feedback, goes to town on his room.
