The final two days see the contestants staying the night at the Lion & Swan in Congleton, Cheshire, run by owner Paul Whyle and manager Matt Wilson. A dirty bathroom and a waterbed cause upset, while some guests are still fuming about previous negative feedback. However, the worst is left for breakfast, when Sharon reveals she has discovered their rooms online at a higher price than they were told, upsetting Keith and Lisa and leaving the hosts determined to clear their names
