Les Woollends and his head chef Lesz Zajak welcome the contestants to the Clarendon Royal Hotel in Gravesend, Kent. The guests are dazzled on arrival, but Lesley Miller believes the champagne, truffles and fruit bowl are a ploy to win her over.
