Chef Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond celebrate the range of food and drink Scotland has to offer in their country kitchen in Aberdeenshire. This week it's a Meat Lover's feast, cooking a Braised Asian Daube of Beef with Wasabi Mash and Black Bean Pak Choi. Impressionist Rory Bremner joins them in the kitchen to chat and try out the delicious food and drink combination
