Anne McElvoy invites Henry Hill, of the website Conservative Home and Jackie Weaver, Chief Officer of the Cheshire Association of Local Councils, to discuss how the Baby Boomer generation have benefited from policies enacted by various governments over the last half century. Henry argues that Baby Boomers have had it too good and that legislation is required to change the economic dynamics in favour of the generations that are following while Jackie argues it is not only unfair to treat a whole generation as a generic group but that they have also faced hardships and economic pressures.
