Martha Kearney visits Wicken Fen in Cambridgeshire, a thriving mosaic of flowering meadows, sedge and reedbeds. She explores the uniques history and ecology of this landscape with sound artist Kathy Hinde, and together they craft a hand-held aeolian harp - a stringed instrument played solely by the wind. Martha also meets local volunteer Gerard Smallwood, who demonstrates how the last surviving wooden windpump in the Fens is now used to re-wet the land, and National Trust warden Ajay Tegala, who shares recent sightings of the wildlife that flourishes in this delicate ecosystem
