First established 180 years ago with architecture in the style of classical Greece, Arnos Vale quickly became the fashionable place to be buried. But it fell into disrepair, became overgrown and was almost closed for good. It then developed a life of its own, with wildlife thriving in the trees and undergrowth - and now it has been restored as a working cemetery
