Steve Backshall takes a close look at dogs and their distant relatives, wolves. He heads to the Arctic Circle where a pack of huskies show him a thing or two about stamina. Steve is then rescued by an avalanche dog whose incredible nose sniffs him out from deep beneath the snow. Finally he comes face-to-face with one of his favourite animals, the wolf.
