The Countryfile team are out and about at Christmas. Ellie is on a farm gathering holly and ivy and meeting the artist who designed 2014's Christmas stamps. Adam is in the fields with foreign seasonal workers, before sitting down to a traditional eastern European Christmas feast. John gets his hands on the first ever Christmas cards and discovers that it was the Victorians who introduced another staple of Christmas - the cracker.
