American Hot Rod

This series gives an insight into the real life of hot-rod builder and designer Boyd Coddington and his crew. Boyd's team work under extreme pressure building hot rods and custom cars in his shop located in California. Some of the cars they work on include: the Alumatub, Silver Bullet, Vern Luce's coupe and Cadzilla.

Also featured in the show are Boyd's wife and sons who do what they can to help the business along. With tight deadlines to meet and complications along the way, there is of course plenty of drama, comedy and frustration in a typical day in the life of American Hot Rod.
